The hot tub was a perfect treat after a long day of hiking. Beds provided a nice night's sleep, and the shower had great water pressure. Staff was super helpful with local advice and even offered transport to the Tongariro crossing. The dining area was nice, but the lack of access to a full kitchen during rain was a bit inconvenient. Walls were really thin, so I heard conversations from the next room clearly.
